Competition services will include the following for either Bikini, Fit Model or Wellness:

• Coaching app that provides statistic and habit tracking, cardio scheduling, weight training log + more

• Comprehensive pre-screen (new client questionnaire)    

• Customised diet (macro or set) and training programme tailored to your respective judging criteria  

• Weekly check-in that includes a review and monitoring to ensure you are on track

• Training analysis to ensure exercises are being performed correctly

• Posing feedback during weekly check-in

• Daily replies to questions/queries. Video calls can be scheduled

• $10 discount on any posing service (applies to current posing rates only)

• Competition PDFs for glam and stage list

• Access to the Team Hera Group chat
  

PRICING:

Diet only: (set, optional, or macro options) $40 per week

Diet & Training: (set, optional, or macro options) $60 per week
